Sarah Ferguson is not there and defends the son-in-law Jack Brooksbank from the accusations of treason against Eugenie of York. A gossip born after the entrepreneur – with whom the Duchess has been a couple since 2011 – had been paparazzi off the coast of Capri with a colleague and two models, between dives, hugs and complicit glances. The photos taken by paparazzi in Italian waters had gone around the world, heralding a new scandal for the royal family.
Host of The One Show, Sarah Ferguson, who in the past had said goodbye to Prince Andrew precisely because of the constant betrayals, defended Jack, explaining that he was in Capri for work. Eugenie’s husband in fact works for Casamigos, tequila brand created by George Clooney and Rande Gerber, consort of Cindy Crawford. The trip to Italy would have been organized to take part in a charity event in which Casamigos was one of the main sponsors. The thirty-five-year-old therefore would have entertained himself on a yacht with his colleague Rachel Zalis and the models Maria Buccellati and Erica Pelosini for work and without any malice.
Sarah Ferguson is convinced of this and stressed how her daughter Eugenie is sure of her husband’s good faith. “Jack, who was on the front page, is really an honest man, one of my favorite people, I call him James Bond – he said -. Eugenie of York and Jack got married in October 2018 and just five months ago they became parents of their first son, August. The little one brought immense joy to the family and grandmother Sarah said she was enthusiastic. “I had sisters with daughters and now it’s time to put the Barbies aside to give ourselves to cars, trucks and engines,” said the Duchess, painting a happy and idyllic scenario with Eugenie who, alongside Brooksbank and mom, would have found what he had been looking for for a long time.
