Michelle Obama, on Netflix her children’s series Waffles + Mochi
If there is one thing that Michelle Obama has never hidden it is the deep affection she feels for her family. A determined woman, loving wife and caring and caring mom to Malia and Sasha, she always showed everyone her sweetest side, even when she held the important role of First Lady of the United States of America. He couldn’t, therefore, on a special occasion for the smallest of his girls to remain silent.
For Sasha’s birthday, who turned twenty, she let herself go and published a very sweet post on her Instagram profile, sharing a photo of her with her daughter still a child during a boat trip. The two look at each other and smile: looks that they have shown several times even during their stay at the White House.
A public dedication, that of Michelle, who says she is grateful for the time spent with Sasha and, above all, proud of the woman who is becoming day after day.
Happy birthday to my dear Sasha! I am so grateful – said the former First Lady – for every laugh we’ve shared and for everything you’ve taught me over the years. You will always be my baby, but I couldn’t be prouder of the woman you are becoming.
Michelle was also echoed by Barack Obama who, just like his wife, shared a memory from Sasha’s childhood: a beautiful image of him holding his daughter in his arms. He, too, said he was proud of the person the girl is becoming and that he was impatient to see where life will take her.
Sasha, extremely confidential, she gave up on having a public social media account in order to live a life away from the spotlight that, inevitably, was on her when Barack Obama held the office of President of the United States of America. Therefore, his thanks took place privately.
The one returned by the Obamas on social media is a beautiful and sweet family portrait. To dominate are love, affection and above all respect for the two girls. Values that have not gone unnoticed by users who hastened to praise Michelle’s gesture and wish Sasha a happy birthday.
