Meghan Markle and Harry they risk losing their millionaire contracts and asking for help. In California after the Megxit, the Sussexes have long been trying to solve the problems of financial independence. In fact, the couple can no longer count on the help of the Queen nor on that of Carlo who, after the declarations of his son, has decided to close all relations with them.
The hope of the Sussexes therefore is all directed to the millionaire agreements reached with Spotify and Netflix. After the initial enthusiasm, however, now it is time for the two to get to work. The contracts signed with the entertainment giants in fact provide for expiration dates that must be strictly respected, now time is running out and, as sources close to the couple reveal, Harry and Meghan risk not making it to respect the agreements.
The Daily Mail reveals that Markle and the prince would have entered “panic”, aware that they are far behind with the work. For this they would have decided to hire some creative to help them. It is about Nishika Kumble, the screenwriter behind the success of series such as Legion and Fargo, and Chanel Pysnik, CNN’s director of series development. The creatives would join the team of Archewell Production, the charity that takes its name from the couple’s eldest son and which, despite the initial intentions, has for some time been mainly dealing with projects for profit.
The agreements to be respected are different and both Meghan and Harry would be very worried about losing the millionaire contracts. The first is that with 166 million Netflix to produce familiar content, while it would still be just an idea (but with a contract signed for more than two years) the TV series Pearl made with David Furnish, husband of Elton John. Also at risk is the Podcast series for Spotify of which, so far, only one episode has been produced in the face of an agreement that, according to some sources, provides for a compensation of 25 million dollars.
Meanwhile, Harry is said to be working on his autobiography: a book that risks alienating him even further from the royal family. The Queen, worried about the developments of the affair, has already summoned Kate Middleton and William to Balmoral to discuss future strategies in view of the Sussex’s next move.
