Kate Middleton, the little Prince Louis grows up
Prince Louis, last child of Kate Middleton and William, turns three. In fact, he was born on 23 April 2018. Also this year for the little one from Cambridge is a special birthday. Many events have happened in the last few days within the Royal Family that have most likely caused the plans for its celebrations to be revised.
Already in 2020 it was a special birthday for Louis, because he fell in full lockdown. So no party with friends or visits from grandparents Carole and Michael Middleton and even less from great-grandmother Elisabetta. But mom Kate and dad William still organized a special day for their third child and shared with the world very nice photos of the Prince while he enjoyed coloring with watercolors.
As per tradition, Lady Middleton posted on Instagram a new photo of Louis to celebrate his three years. Even the Queen, in full mourning for the death of her husband Philip, shared a portrait of her on her birthday, April 21. His Majesty shares this closeness with his great-grandson on birthdays.
The shot, made this week as usual by Kate herself who has a real passion for photography, portrays the Principino by bicycle with the backpack on his shoulders, smiling and with the sly expression, taken by his older brother George. The image was also shared on Her Majesty’s Twitter profile.
Chances are Louis will have to give up running around in the park of Anmer Hall, the country residence of the Dukes of Cambridge, where they usually celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. Or rather, according to sources close to the Palace, Kate and William will be able to move there for the weekend. In fact, being Friday, George and Charlotte, Louis’s older brother and sister, have to go to school. The Royal Babies attend Thomas’s Battersea, an institution located in London, near Kensington Palace. Kate is unlikely to allow them to skip the lessons, as the pandemic has long had to follow them from a distance.
Meanwhile, a couple of days ago, Kate was spotted in London while went shopping with George and Charlotte in Kings Road. The two princes made purchases and paid with their own money. Who knows if among the objects bought, there was also a gift for little Louis.
