The first surprise of Harry on his return to Great Britain he did it by appearing unexpectedly in public during the virtual Diana Awards ceremony. Of course, he did it on video, but his speech seems indirectly to underline his desire to reconcile with William and his family.
To tell the truth, the video seems to have been recorded in the home of Harry and Meghan Markle in Montecito, so it dates back to some time ago, probably in the period in which the tension has become maximum after the umpteenth accusations to the Court and especially to his father Carlo.
Despite this, in Harry’s words, real affairs experts have glimpsed the possibility of a reconciliation with William. As is well known, Harry returned to England to attend the presentation ceremony of the new statue of his mother Diana, located in Kensington Palace. Meghan, on the other hand, remained in California with her young children.
In the video message, a beaming Harry pays homage to young people who live selflessly, saying, “Later this week I and my brother we will celebrate what would have been our mother’s 60th birthday, and she will be so proud of all of you for having lived an authentic life, with purpose and with consideration for others. “
On July 1st William and Harry will stand side by side to honor the memory of their mother Diana. And the mention of his older brother, despite the many misunderstandings, seems to show an attitude of peace and harmony, as if Harry wanted to be forgiven or otherwise remedy the fractures created with Will and consequently with Kate Middleton.
In the video, however, Harry also has a thought for his wife Meghan Markle. He then continued: “Our mother believed that young people had the power to change the world. He believed in your strength, because he saw it day by day. And in the faces of young people, just like yours, he saw boundless enthusiasm and passion. I see the same values transpire ”.
And here is the mention of Lady Markle: “Me and Meg we firmly believe that our world is at the height of change, a real change for the good of all. But the question that arises to us is: what will this change be like? ”.
Harry then concluded his speech with an encouraging message: “Never be afraid to do what is right. Stand up for what you believe in and trust that when you live by the truth and in the service of others, people will see it just as they did my mother. “
The Diana award was established in 1999, out of her belief that young people can change the world. The charity, which runs anti-bullying and mentoring programs, also rewards kids who do inspiring work for the community.
