1. Cleanses the skin
Cleanse your skin every morning and be sure to remove all makeup and cleanse yourself well before bed. This allows the skin to maintain a good performance of its essential protection and renewal functions. 7. Drink water

8. Stay stress free
Of course this is easier said than done, but find a hobby or hobby that will relax you.
