Chocolate cakes are the favorite dessert of many, we all love them. If you want to prepare a homemade chocolate cake but surprise your loved ones or guests. We bring you these three delicious recipes. Do not stop trying some of them. Let’s do it!
Tota of Chocolate and fruits
A chocolate cake with fruits that will not give you remorse when eating it.
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup of coconut oil
• 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup applesauce
• 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
• 2 cups of wheat flour
• 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. sea salt
• 3/4 cup of whole milk
• 1 cup mini chocolate chips
The fruits:
• 2 bunches of green or red grape
• 1 handful of raspberries
• 1/2 handful of blackberries
• 1/2 handful of blueberries
• 1/2 handful of strawberries
Optional:
• Homemade whipped cream
• Chocolate syrup
• 1 tablespoon powdered sugar for confectionery
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Marrow two 8-inch round cake pans. Heat the oil in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then pour it into the bowl of a mixer. Add the yogurt, brown sugar, applesauce, and vanilla, and mix well.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a medium bowl. With the mixer on low, slowly add 1/3 of the dry ingredients to the yogurt mixture, then 1/4 cup of the milk. Repeat with the rest of the dry ingredients and milk. Remove the bowl from the mixer and add the chocolate chips. Divide batter among prepared cake pans.
Bake for about 25 min. Let the cakes cool on the trays for 5 min, then place them on a wire rack to finish cooling.
Rinse fruits until shiny and clean. Place 1 layer of cake on a cake stand and top with 3/4 cup of whipped cream. Place a strawberry in the center of the cake. Spread some of the fruit around the edges of the cake.
Place the remaining cake layer on top. Starting with a bunch of grapes and top with the raspberries, blackberries and blueberries, and add more grapes to balance the color. Finally, put a few strawberries around the edge and 1 on top.
Drizzle the cake with the chocolate syrup and chill until ready to serve. If you use powdered sugar, sprinkle it over the top before serving.
Chocolate cake with oreo
For lovers of oreo and chocolate cakes, this dessert is perfect.
Ingredients
• 300 gr. flour
• 90 gr. cocoa powder (bitter (
• 200 gr. of sugar
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 2 tbsp. oil (sunflower)
• 180 ml. Water
• 100 ml. of coffee (already made)
• 1 package of oreos (11 oreos approx. Divided into pieces)
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa, baking soda and oreos (I left some to decorate the cake). In another container mix the liquid ingredients: water, oil and coffee. Add the liquid mixture to the dry one and stir well.
Grease the cake pan so it does not stick and add the mixture. Bake over medium heat for about 30 min. (You must go checking that it does not burn). We take it out and that’s it!
Chocolate Cake Filled with Strawberries
Delicious chocolate cake filled with a creamy strawberry explosion inside of it.
Ingredients
• 9 whites and yolks
• 9 tablespoons of sugar
• 8 tablespoons of wheat flour
• 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon yeast
• 2 cans of condensed milk
• 30 g of butter
• 3 tablespoons of powdered milk
• 200 gr of milk cream
• 12 gr of unflavored gelatin
• 400 gr of strawberries
• 300 gr of chopped dark chocolate
• 300 gr of milk cream
Preparation
Beat the egg whites until they make snow, when the peaks are hard, add the sugar and the egg yolks. Mix well. Add the flour over the mixture, incorporate it gently. Gently drizzle in the cocoa and then the yeast. Grease a round container to place in the oven. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Reserve.
In a saucepan, bring the condensed milk, butter and powdered milk to medium heat. Mix until it starts to rise. Add the heavy cream and boil a little more, do not stop stirring until you achieve a firm consistency. Add the unflavored gelatin already prepared. Reserve to cool.
Remove the center of the cake leaving only the sides and bottom. Mix the strawberries in the cream when it is cold and fill the cake. Keep in the fridge for 2 hours.
Place 300 grams of chopped chocolate in a bain-marie until it melts. Remove from the heat and add the heavy cream. Place in the fridge for 1 hour. Cover the cake with a layer of chocolate and reserve again for 1 hour.
