When you come home hungry, after work or school, making a paella would take about 5 hours or stopping for a fast food would recharge you with calories not counting that it would be expensive. Or prepare some sausages not to mention !. Therefore, we present a simple recipe for a nutritious snack that can be cooked in a couple of minutes and with only two ingredients. In addition to being rich, it is healthy and will not make you gain kilos, banana pancakes.
This quick and healthy snack from banana pancakes became popular for being a low calorie protein dish. Its preparation does not require the flour that we know the “problems” that it brings us. You can make it as breakfast for the whole family or for dinner. Ingredients (for a quantity of 8 pancakes): • 1 banana • 2 large eggs • Baking soda or baking powder • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder • 1 tablespoon honey one. Cut the banana into large pieces and mash it so that it is like pulp (without large lumps).
1. Healthy preparation in just 2 minutes.
2. If desired, add a little baking soda to fluff up the pancakes, as well as cocoa powder, vanilla, honey, or other sweetener to taste.
3. Beat the whites with the yolks until smooth and add it to the banana.
4. Beat the ingredients together. The result is a liquid “dough”, the dough of the tortilla. Don’t worry, this is normal.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a little oil.
6. Pour the mixture into the mold. 1 pancake = 2 tablespoons of batter.
7. Fry for 1 minute and flip.
8. Fry the back for one minute. Repeat this procedure two more times or until golden brown.
9. For the final touch, you can pour in jam, honey or hot chocolate. True, it would no longer be a “diet” dish. But nothing, are you not going to sacrifice for a delicious breakfast?
