You don’t need to go for a run outside to do a cardio routine. You can do an excellent cardio exercise routine at home with which you will lose weight without leaving it. SWYou need it, desire to do it and intensity. The faster you do them, the better result they will have.

The best resource in your house will be the stairs. Raise and lower them for 3 minutes without resting. If you don’t have stairs you can use a wall.

Now for the last exercise you only need to turn your body jumping from one side to the other. Firm abdomen and straight back. It looks very easy, but surely you are already tired of the previous ones so it will also be a challenge. Do it for 3 minutes without stopping.
