We try to look pretty, but sometimes we end up looking a bit artificial. This article not only highlights the ideals of natural beauty, but also reflects the best of yourself, body and mind. Let’s see how to achieve natural beauty easily and effectively.
Balance diet
The most efficient way is by eating a balanced diet and getting plenty of exercise. Start by walking with friends, dancing, or jogging around the block every day. There is nothing more beautiful than that to feel good about yourself and to think that you are beautiful.
Lightens the skin
Learn to accept and love your skin, even if it is not clear. You can use natural products like shea butter to further lighten skin tone, rosemary oil for acne, tea tree oil for inflamed acne, and witch hazel for a soothing effect on redness.
You just have to add a few drops to your moisturizer at night. Also, add more vegetables and fruits to your diet and supplement with vitamins D and C. Remember that you should exfoliate the skin but no more than 3 times a week, as it will make your face flake and turn red.
Wash your face in the morning with cold water and use a cleanser that does not contain alcohol. Place the cleaner in a small bottle of spray para can be used throughout the day and followed with a hydrating facial cream with sunscreen.
Healthy hair
If you want to dye your hair (it will always be a good way to change your look) opt for kits ammonia-free or ask your salon colorist or stylist to use ammonia-free or “soft” concoctions. Ask for a semi-permanent dye and always go with your hair color and texture. Neither type of hair is unappealing. Avoid curling.
Brush your teeth to keep them white
Brush your teeth at least twice a day, follow with a restorative mouthwash. Floss at night before going to bed, and chew sugar-free gum after meals to stimulate the flow of saliva which ultimately decreases the likelihood of cavities.
Make sure to see your dentist twice a year for checkups and cleaning. To keep your teeth white, avoid drinking acidic beverages (like coffee and soda).
Avoid using free makeup
Trial or free makeup can be bad for your facial skin in the long run.
Get some exercise
Worry about your body, but never obsess over it. You don’t need the fancy diet shows advertised on TV, and you don’t need to belong to the health clubs that are popping up everywhere.
Do the exercise that you like the most. That is why it is called exercise, which originally meant “the act of employing or putting into work.” So if you like to walk your dog, run, walk, bike, dance go for it.
Do what makes you move and what you like. Exercise also makes you feel more confident and happy because it releases hormones called endorphins.
Sleep enough
Sleep! Sleep! Sleep! It is wonderful and it is never enough. Try to get a minimum of 6 and a half hours of sleep and be able to sleep for 9-10 hours. Establish a regular bedtime such as 9:00 p.m. and do not eat two hours before bedtime, stay away from caffeine.
If you have a hard time falling asleep, systematic relaxation techniques are wonderful. Start with your feet and tense your foot muscles for 5 seconds and relax. Relax your legs, buttocks, stomach, arms, hands, neck, and facial muscles for 5 seconds.
