The effects of daylight saving time though they are not exclusively positive. The change of schedule could cause disruptions to the body, which will have to get used to changing habits, leading to fatigue, slight concentration problems and sleep disturbances.

Summer time is a convention that is adopted in Europe in order to guarantee an extra hour of daylight during the day. A choice also designed to obtain energy, environmental and economic benefits. However, the next time change it could be the last.
In fact, there has been discussion for some time on the abolition of the transition from solar time to summer time. The European Union, to date, has left some countries free not to keep summer time and, therefore, to permanently delete it.
However, a single choice has not yet been made. At the moment, Italy has decided to confirm the passage from summer time to winter time and vice versa. Will it be the last time or will we continue to exploit the advantages, while also accepting the disadvantages, of the time change?
