Far from being a stay at home wife Frøya is eager to embark on raids and take part in battles. Frøya has a penchant for brutality to prove her status and has been known to dispatch men using her groin as a weapon. She wears a monk’s necklace, a trophy she made.

At the beginning of Season 3/E1: Thin Up Top, Frøya lives outside of Norheim somewhere in the forest and is busy hunting animals. She punches Arvid in the face in Season 3, Episode 1: Thin Up Top, when the warriors make fun of her in Olav’s longhouse.
