Although we were given literally no information about Grace on Season 2 of Scream Queens, fans are still wondering whatever happened to our former heroine who was basically at the center of last year’s plot? This season, we welcomed back a lot of the former cast, but Skyler Samuels has been noticeably absent, so why isn’t Grace in Scream Queens Season 2? Although it would be nothing short of amazing to have the big reveal of the Green Meanie turn out to be a now-deranged Grace — because teaming up with Hester to get back at the Chanels would actually make sense — it might just be wishful thinking on our parts. Grace, Pete, Wes, Gigi and Denise find The Red Devil’s secret lair, where the Red Devil turns the power off leaving them in total darkness. Chanel and Chad are walking back into the living room when they hear a scream. They go down to the basement and find Hester who discovered Sam’s body and some of the sisters claim that Heater’s the killer as she was the first to find her.

Wes then appears and says their leaving, but she refuses, claiming that her sisters need her. After Feather finds Steven’s severed head, Grace and Pete manage to link Cathy Munsch to many of the murders on campus, and Cathy is suspected to be the Red Devil and is taken to an insane asylum. Cathy calls Grace, asking her and Pete to come and visit her.

Grace and Zayday angrily storm out and Zayday says to Cathy that her blood is on her hands. Little did I know that he had me in mind for that part before the audition happened for American Horror Story: Coven. My first day on American Horror Story, Ryan was directing and I was sweating bullets. He just kept asking me about my life in college because I’m in a sorority.

I thought it was weird that that’s what he wanted to talk about. Ryan had it in mind a long time back because there were little nuances in the pilot about Grace going to college that felt familiar to when I went to college. Grace is really the eyes and ears of the audience when coming to college and joining a sorority and trying to date boys when you never really dated before and making friends and living with people.

Although we were given literally no information about Grace on Season 2 of Scream Queens, fans are still wondering whatever happened to our former heroine who was basically at the center of last year’s plot? This season, we welcomed back a lot of the former cast, but Skyler Samuels has been noticeably absent, so why isn’t Grace in Scream Queens Season 2? Way back in December of 2015, right after Season 1 of Scream Queens aired, Samuels decided to return to Stanford in order to finish her degree, almost directly after the season ended.

But that doesn’t mean that we haven’t felt the weight of her absence, especially where fellow sorority sister Zayday is concerned. The two were basically best friends during Season 1, so to have Zayday return without any mention of her former BFF Grace really had fans trying to guess where Grace is these days. Although it would be nothing short of amazing to have the big reveal of the Green Meanie turn out to be a now-deranged Grace — because teaming up with Hester to get back at the Chanels would actually make sense — it might just be wishful thinking on our parts. (Sorry, theorists!) The IMDB page for Scream Queens doesn’t list Samuels for this season and, more importantly, there haven’t been any suspicious sightings of her on-set, but we can dream, can’t we?
