Demon Slayer is almost back for its second season, but before the anime returns it will get a brief arc that recuts the Mugen Train movie into seven episodes. This arc will start on Oct. 10, while Demon Slayer season 2 will be released on Dec. 5. Update (Oct. 7): Crunchyroll has released a new promo trailer for Demon Slayer’s Mugen Train arc and the official season 2 Entertainment District arc.
As for Demon Slayer’s actual second season, it will start off with a special hour-long episode when it premieres on Sunday, Dec. 5. For now, Funimation has announced that the Mugen Train arc will be available to stream on the Funimation website along with Hulu and Crunchyroll. Season 2 will also be available to stream on Funimation and Crunchyroll.
