Necessary materials:

peat moss

expanded clay

Way of doing

At first, remove as much of the plant soil as possible;
Then mix the humus with the substrate and water, little by little, forming a paste;
Shape a ball (sphere) with the paste;
Then make a hole in the center and place some pebbles and expanded clay;
Fit the plant into the hole and then cover the sides with moss, pressing down lightly to secure the plant. If necessary, place it inside, between the plant and the clay;
Go rolling the sisal in the sphere until it is completely covered, tie and cut the ends;
If you want to hang it, pass a piece of nylon;
Finally, sprinkle the sphere with water and hang;

Kokedama how to care

Maintenance is simple, but it takes a little care.

Luminosity: It doesn’t need a lot of direct light, so choose half-shade plants;
Watering: You can immerse the ball in a container with water, you can also sprinkle water on it or use a watering can;
Fertilizing: Use inorganic fertilizer (NPK 10-10-10), but only fertilize every 3 months.
Pruning: It is only necessary to prune the dry leaves, or if you want to reduce plant growth;
