These, in fact, by nature, are disposable, so they must be changed about every 6 hours. As for the FFP2, however, these can also last a whole day and allow you to repair yourself more, both ourselves and others. Finally, if you choose to use washable masks, it is advisable to wash them very often, using neutral and hypoallergenic detergents.

Other useful tips are those of avoid wearing makeup during the summer, if not necessarily essential. At most, it is advisable to use natural and non-invasive products that clog the pores even more than what the mask already does.
