The new decree is official: the government has approved the document that sets the calendar of reopening and the rules in force from April 26 to July 31. The provision is in line with the advances of the last few hours, when the draft on which was discussed in the Council of Ministers had begun to circulate.
Remains curfew confirmed from 10 pm to 5 am throughout Italy, including the yellow areas, although it has not been specified until and it has been clarified that the measures could be revised in the light of the data on the trend of the epidemiological curve and vaccines.
Here are the new rules to know.
Travel and travel in the yellow, red and orange areas
From 26 April it will be possible to move freely between the Regions identified as the yellow zone, exactly as it happened a year ago. It will be allowed to move between red and orange areas only for the usual reasons of work, health and needs, always verifiable and through self-certification.
The travel for tourism, in view of the summer, they will be allowed in the red or orange zone only if in possession of green certification, i.e. the pass that vaccinated people are in possession of (valid for six months and issued by the health facility). The same pass can be issued to those who have had Covid-19 (always within six months) and can be issued by the hospital where the patient was admitted, by general practitioners and by free choice pediatricians. For those who have carried out the antigenic or molecular swab, which is valid for 48 hours, the certificate is issued by public and private authorized health facilities and pharmacies.
It is also always allowed to go to the second homes but only the family unit can move and the house must not be inhabited by other people. The owner must prove that he has rented or purchased the home before January 14, 2021.
Restaurants and bars reopen, but only in the yellow zone: the rules
Also from April 26, the reopening of bars and restaurants is confirmed, for both lunch and dinner, but only if they have open spaces. You will only be able to sit seated and a maximum of four people (unless they are cohabitants). The distance between one table and another is one meter.
From 1 June, always and only in the yellow zone, the restaurants will also be open indoors, but only from 5 to 18. They remain closed in the orange and red zone, but the possibility of take-away and delivery of food and drinks remains guaranteed.
Swimming pools and gyms, the dates of the reopening
The long-awaited reopening of gyms and swimming pools is finally a reality. From 26 April, in the yellow zone, any outdoor sports activity can be carried out, including team and contact activities. From 15 May, in the yellow zone, the outdoor pools and the bathing establishments. From 1 June they reopen the gyms and stadiums for competitive events and competitions for individual and team sports (the permitted capacity cannot exceed 25 per cent of the maximum authorized and, in any case, with a maximum number of 1,000 spectators outdoors and 500 per Closed). In all cases, the use of the changing rooms is prohibited.
Cinema, theaters and concerts: off we go
A bit like last summer, theaters, cinemas, concert halls and open spaces reopen in the yellow zone. You will only be able to sit and seats must be reserved. There mandatory distance between one place and another it is fixed at one meter (unless the spectators are living together). The capacity cannot exceed 50% of the maximum authorized and the maximum number of spectators cannot in any case exceed 1,000 for outdoor shows and 500 for indoor shows, for each single room. From 26 April the museums, exhibitions and archaeological parks also reopen but at the weekend you can only go by reservation.
Hairdressers and beauty centers, the new rules
All the shops are open in the yellow zone. In the red zone, however, only groceries, pharmacies, newsagents, tobacconists and shops selling products deemed necessary remain open. Among these, once again, there are no hairdressers and beauty centers which therefore remain closed in the red areas (open in the orange ones).
Visits to friends and relatives in the yellow, orange and red areas
From 26 May to 15 June, in the yellow zone, you can move to visit friends and relatives once a day within the entire Region (with the limit of four people, in addition to minors). In the orange zone the same possibility is allowed, but only within the municipality of residence. While in the red zone, visits are completely forbidden.
