In the event that the itching is due to dehydration of the skin, you can opt for the application with cotton wool pads extra virgin olive oil, which will alleviate the annoyance. Also the vein it turns out to be a panacea thanks to its anti-inflammatory and moisturizing properties: you can prepare a nice bath based on oatmeal to get immediate relief.
Alternatively, the use of the aloe vera gel, a plant with multiple therapeutic indications and which has anti-inflammatory properties, it can be applied on the legs to calm the itching. In case you don’t have any of this at home, an effective remedy is to apply a cold compress on the legs to relieve the itching.
