A gradual reopening to allow the country to return to a life of “almost” normality: the government has in fact announced a program to allow exhibitors to return to work and citizens to be able to enjoy the open spaces again.
As announced in recent days, the decree has finally been issued that will allow a gradual reopening of the activities of the country starting from April 26th. Sara reintroduced the yellow zone – after more than a month – as well as movements between regions. News regarding schools, restaurants, theaters, cinemas, gyms and, in view of the summer, also for bathing establishments.
School, what changes for students
News for all the students of the country, who from April 26 will be able to return in attendance in the yellow and orange zone, until the end of the school year. In the red zone, on the other hand, it will be like this until the eighth grade, while in high school the activity will take place at least 50% among the banks, the rest in dad.
From May onwards, lectures, exams and graduation sessions in presence in universities, conservatories and academies of fine arts will intensify.
Restaurants and bars, reopening also for dinner
Good news for bars and restaurants, which from April 26 in the yellow zone will be able to return to business. Restaurants will be able to reopen outdoors (with a distance of one meter), even at dinner, in compliance with the curfew, which will remain in force from 10pm to 5am. From 1 June you can also have your meal indoors (not at dinner and with a distance of two meters).
From 26 April it will also be possible to return to the Cafe which have seats outside, and from June 1st inside, with limited admissions in businesses without seats. In the orange and red areas, the possibility of takeaway and home delivery will be maintained.
Cinemas, theaters, museums and stadiums are back in business
Cinema is theaters – only in the yellow zone – reopen from 26 April with at least one meter of distance, front or side, between spectators if they wear the mask and at least two meters away if the provisions provide for not wearing it. Family members and cohabitants would be excluded from the distancing measures.
Indoor shows are not allowed in the orange and red areas but only outdoors, always with spacing and the obligation of a mask. However, the obligation to observe the curfew remains, which remains fixed at 10pm.
From 26 April in the yellow zone they reopen automatically all museums. Only in the yellow zone from 1 May it will be allowed public access to the stadsi up to a maximum of one thousand spectators and in the sports halls up to a maximum of five hundred people for all competitive and recognized sporting events of pre-eminent national interest.
Gyms, swimming pools and outdoor sports, the rules
Outdoor sports will be allowed in all areas starting as early as April 26, not only for individuals, but also for five-a-side football, basketball and tennis.
The outdoor pools they will reopen on May 15, with only at least 7 square meters of water available per swimmer. As for the bathing establishments, again from May 15th, the managers must guarantee at least 10 square meters per umbrella; distance of at least 1.5 meters between beds.
The gyms will reopen from 1 June with individual lessons. The locker rooms they must be organized in such a way as to ensure distances of at least two meters also by regulating access to visitors.
