Green tea is packed with antioxidants and vitamins that help give your skin a healthy glow. This is why a green tea scrub is so healthy. Four basic ingredients and two minutes will be enough for its preparation:

– 1 cup white or brown sugar (sugar should be soft, not large granules)
– ½ cup olive oil (100% olive oil)
– 2 tablespoons of raw honey
– Optional: Skin-friendly essential oil (10 drops of lavender)

#3 Chamomile and Rose Scrub
You can easily find dried rose petals and chamomile at any health food store. Also, they are not expensive! Dried tea roses are high in vitamin C and contain pectin, malic acid, and citric acid. And dried chamomile is commonly used in skin care to soothe dry, irritated skin.
Ingredients
– 1 tablespoon dried roses
– 1 tablespoon dried chamomile
– 1 tablespoon oatmeal
– 2 tablespoons of honey
– 1/4 cup any type of mild oil such as almond, olive, jojoba, or sesame
.
Combine the dried flowers, chamomile and roses, and the oats in a coffee grinder and process until ground. Place in a container that is hermetically closed and add honey and oil.
.
Place a tablespoon in the palm of your hand. Gently apply the scrub in circular motions and rinse with warm water. If it stays sealed and doesn’t get water into the pitcher, it can last indefinitely. The scrub is gentle enough to use several times a week.
