Thread, tweezers or wax: which one to choose for the eyebrows?
There eyebrow hair removal it depends a lot on the natural form that they take in each of us, but also on fashion.
In fact, every year we see new trendy ways of wearing eyebrows: gullwing, uncultivated or unkempt.
The methods for hair removal and for shaping the eyebrows are essentially three: the arabic thread, waxing and tweezers. Each of them has its own pros and cons. The important thing is to understand which of them is best suited to you. It is also fundamental to understand what natural shape our eyebrows take, so as not to create unsightly ‘holes’ or shapes that are not suitable for the face.
Arabic thread
The Arab thread is one of the most innovative hair removal techniques on the beauty scene. It is about a cotton thread, stretched and knotted so that you can pluck the hair from the hair bulb. A technique therefore that eradicates the root of the hair, if done well, preventing rapid regrowth. Another advantage of the Arabic thread is that does not cause irritation on the skin and leaves it smooth.
Disadvantage is that DIY is impossible.
The technique is difficult to learn and to do on yourself: you have to go to a beauty center.
Tweezers
Tweezers are certainly the most used eyebrow hair removal method, quick and easy to do at home too. The hair must be plucked from the right direction and in order to eliminate it from the root: breaking it would imply a faster regrowth or the incarnation of the same.
As for the tweezers, the disadvantages are: it is a rather painful method, because the hair is pulled individually and slowly. We also need to be precise to avoid creating ‘holes’ in the shape of the eyebrows.
Waxing
Waxing is also a widely used method for eyebrow hair removal. Very rapid and almost painless, it allows to eliminate the hair at the root. Attention to DIY: poorly made tearing could cause damage aesthetic little repairable. It is also better to use the special depilatory strips that are on the market, instead of liquid wax.
Many aesthetic specialists advise against it because wax is too aggressive for a delicate part of the body such as the face. In fact, irritation can occur.
